Polly has lived in Arizona, Mexico City Manhattan and California. After five years in San Diego, she now resides in Pope Valley, California, which is a beautiful rural area in the north central part of the state, full of vineyards and pastures.
Blessed with eclectic interests and gifts, Polly studied Fine Art at the University of Arizona in Tucson receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art. She went on to receive a Juris Doctor degree.
Polly paints, writes and illustrates as well as helping others to develop their creative gifts. Her current focus is writing and illustrating children’s books; developing her own projects. Polly is a member of SCBWI (Society of Childrens Book Writers and illustrators).
Workshops and individual lessons are intended to allow participants to open to their creativity in a safe, nurturing environment. Many people find that doing simple creativity work, art and writing, rejuvenates them, and opens their hearts and minds to new possibilities in life.
